These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and ownership of the Lexeit Sealant Removal Tool (“Product”). By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Product Use
1.1 The Product is specifically designed for the removal of sealants, adhesives, and similar materials from sensitive surfaces.
1.2 Users are responsible for following all provided instructions, safety guidelines, and recommendations.
1.3 Lexeit Tool shall not be held liable for any damage to surfaces or materials resulting from misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose.
2. Safety and Handling
2.1 While the Product is resistant to chemical degradation, all chemicals used in conjunction with the Product should be handled in accordance with manufacturer safety instructions (e.g., protective gloves, adequate ventilation).
2.2 The Product is non-marring when used as directed; however, improper use may still result in scratching, marking, or other unintended damage.
2.3 The Product must not be used for any application outside of its intended use as a sealant removal tool.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
3.1 All orders placed through LexeitTool.com or authorized distributors are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on location and third-party carrier performance.
4.2 Lexeit Tool is not responsible for shipping delays, customs clearance issues, or other factors outside its reasonable control.
4.3 International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
5. Returns and Warranty
5.1 The Product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
5.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, modification, chemical exposure outside of recommended guidelines, or normal wear and tear.
5.3 To request a return or warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Lexeit Tool customer support at infolexeit@gmail.com or 417-812-0686.
5.4 All approved returns must be made in original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexeit Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
6.2 The user assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability of the Product for their specific application.
6.3 In no event shall Lexeit Tool’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to design, branding, logos, and website content, are owned exclusively by Lexeit Tool.
7.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Lexeit Tool intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
8.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Missouri, United States.
9. Amendments
9.1 Lexeit Tool reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Continued purchase or use of the Product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
